September 11 – Review by Stefan – CROWN OF GLORY – AD INFINITUM (Fastball Music)

It’s been a while since I’ve made a review about a Swiss band. For additional information, I would like to say that this country has already proven its services in the field of Heavy Metal several times. Regardless of whether it is about old bands or newcomers, as a frantic metalhead you’d better be on your guard. With great dignity I would like to introduce to you six musicians from Büron, Lucerne-Switzerland, Crown Of Glory was founded in 1998. “Ad Infinitum” is their third full length album, actually the follow up to “King For A Day”, released back in 2014.

What you can expect from their latest album is well groomed Hard Rock, Melodic Metal and slices or AOR. He took care of the mixing and mastering tasks. “Ad Infinitum” has been co-produced by Rolf Munkes (Crematory). Respected names from the Rock and Metal circuit are expected to have a fine finish in sound as well. Be sure that the production is at a very high level, a caress for your ears really.

I think it’s genius that a band never loses the courage to keep going, even though its fame is minimal. For this new album I only knew Crown Of Glory by name but with some research I found out that they already released their first demo in 2001. READ MORE…
